According to Article 44 of the Measures for the Administration of Overseas Investment of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, for projects that fall within the scope of approval and filing management, the investment entity shall submit the project completion report form through the network system within 20 working days from the date of completion of the project. The format text of the project completion report form shall be issued by the National Development and Reform Commission. The completion of the project mentioned in the preceding paragraph refers to the completion of the construction project to which the project belongs, the delivery of the equity or assets of the investment target, and the completion of the expenditure of the Chinese investment.

Offline: Within half a year after receiving the "Enterprise Overseas Investment Certificate", go to the local embassy (consulate) or the Liaison Office of the Chinese Communist Party for registration.

Online: Within 10 natural days after completing the offline registration, the check-in receipt sealed by the (consulate) pavilion or the Liaison Office of the CPC Central Committee will be uploaded to the business system of the Ministry of Commerce, and the registration status will be reported online.

With the provisions of the management of foreign exchange, the administrative department shall be carried out in accordance with the law.
